We still like to be able to lock our steps so that no one can deploy and steal them.

I've enjoyed having this lock for our RV's Torklift Glowsteps. It's pricey, but when the lock is in place, no one can extend the expensive steps, and the steps must be extended to install or remove them.

Better that the thin cotter pins that these steps came with, they broke after a couple of uses.

So, I ordered the Pin locks for the torkLift GlowSteps to give it a more robust stability, these should have come with rubber washers but they did not so I had to go to Home Depot and find something that would fit and fill in the gaps because these were a bit too long.

At first wasn’t sure how the 4 steps would work when Camper was off the truck. Called Torqlifts support line and Todd explained it would be like a ladder. Works excellent as a ladder off the truck and pulled completely out as steps while on the truck.

I purchased two. They are nearly identical to the set of 4 I bought for my Happy Jacks so now I have a backup incase I lose one.

The lock seems to be well made the only issue is the pin diameter of the lock is slightly smaller than the original pin and allows for some play when opening and closing the stairs. All and all it will do its intended purpose, keep your steps on the camper
