They feel strong and the key/tumbler works smoothly. The keys from one also worked in the other so did not have to rekey anything. Have not used them yet on our stairs.

It arrived from Torklift 3 days after I ordered it. I'm looking forward to installing the steps on our Grand Design Reflection 303FPS so getting in and out will be more secure for my wife who just had surgery for a new hip. The unit feels and looks substantial and I'm sure it will be a great addition to our 5th wheel.

Like the abilty to pull the 2 pins and easily remove the assembly from the bracket and lock it to the bracket with the same pin lock as the Fastgun bed camper tiedowns. Included all stainless steel bracket mounting hardware for mounting to metal bumper or on wood. very nice product overall.
