Why should I trust Torklift Central with my car hauler trailer repair?
Torklift Central is home to the College of Trailer Hitch and Towing Knowledge. This means we train dealers throughout the Pacific Northwest on how to handle trailer towing and repair – so why not take your car trailer directly to the source of it all? Another fun fact? There are trailers on the road today, that were custom built by us from the ground up decades ago – now you know we understand the details of your trailer. We also have technicians and engineers on staff who specialize in car hauler trailer repair who have been with us more than 20 years. We are also the ONLY licensed trailer hitch manufacturer in the entire United States who also installs hitches and takes care of trailer repair. The other guys don’t come close. We also specialize in all car trailer wiring troubleshooting with a team who fully understands how to read and execute all car hauler trailer wiring diagrams as well as custom wiring needs.
Do you offer anything free for my car hauler trailer?
Yep! Our FREE safety inspection referred to as the Free Way Trailer Safety Inspection was created for you to have your car hauler trailer repairs completed – your way. This service is complimentary to those who schedule or book a bearing re-pack. When you are traveling down the freeway, you need to be safe. Simply make an appointment and we will execute your inspection and make any needed recommendations for your review. And by the way – we don’t like pushy salespeople either. After your free inspection there is no salesperson trying to pressure you into buying a new trailer or forcing you to book a service. We pledge to not hold you hostage. We offer this complimentary service – your way.
What is included in the Free Way Trailer Safety Inspection?
A little bit of everything. We will look at your trailer tongue, coupler, frame, leaf springs, wheel bearings, fenders, axles, lights, brakes, trailer jacks and wiring. At the this of your inspection we will do everything we can to get deep into the nitty gritty of your trailer but because this is a complimentary service, components will not be removed for deeper inspection, but don’t worry, we know just what to look for. If you would like to upgrade your inspection to allow us to remove your hubs to see your wheel bearings and brakes in their entirety, we can do that too for $50. If you move forward with a wheel bearing repack (which should be done annually) or your brake replacement, the upgrade cost is waived.
What is the primary reason why car hauler trailers break down on the freeway?
It’s a very small issue when taken care of in advance but blows up into a big expensive problem when not taken care of. Avoiding annual car hauler trailer wheel bearing replacement will eventually have you stranded on the side of the freeway – never making it to the starting line at the drag races. The cost is high for these ensuing repairs if you forget to have your car trailer wheel bearing replacement completed. We know how to replace trailer wheel bearings and the cost starts at right around $199.99 which is cheap compared to wheel bearing failure – especially when you add in the cost of your ruined trip. Don’t let this happen to you.
Can you come to my house and help me with my car trailer repair?
