Q: How do I know my S9000 Basic SpringLoad Kit are tightened down correctly?
A: Most camper manufacturers recommend 300 pounds of pressure per anchor point. When the eyebolt lifts 1/8” from the Spring-Load canister 300 pounds of pressure can be achieved. Measure from the top of the cylinder to the edge eye bolt.
Q: Can the Basic SpringLoad Kit be used on a flatbed?
A: Yes! You will need to make sure there is an adequate mounting location to allow the SpringLoad canister to point toward the truck camper anchor point. Shorten the chain to accommodate the shorter length.
