How do I choose the right size for my Airstream?
Measure from the ground to the bottom of your trailer door. If your height is at 21.5”, you will need a 2-step configuration (Part number A8072), if your height is at 24.5”, you will need a 3-step configuration (Part number A8073).

Yes. The steps self-illuminate for up to 10 hours after just 5 minutes of light exposure—no batteries required.

Customer Reviews
Total install time took about 1.5 hours and didn't require any fabrication. It was a complete plug and play with basic tools (drill, ratchet and socket set). I did have to cut the original slider mechanism to slide it out.
The steps have elevator legs on the final step which allow for ground contact and it feels very sturdy.
In the video and pic I have the steps on blocks but that's because the ground slopes pretty significantly in the yard but on the flat driveway it works perfectly. I installed 32 degree axles so there is a slight lift compared to the original ride height.
There are also options with a 3rd step if you have a lift kit.
Torklift's website has more specific measurements and you can talk with them before ordering to make sure you're getting the correct step.
10/10 would recommend this to anyone doing a restoration.
