The Skid Wheel works exclusively with the SuperTruss and SUPER HITCH® towing and receiver hitch system. Installed behind the chain hook up, the Skid Wheel hitch mount is designed to replace the rearmost collar of the SuperTruss receiver extension. The Skid Wheel is designed to protect your SuperTruss from dragging along the ground while you are driving. It works by allowing the skid wheel to make contact with the ground before the extension receiver when towing heavy loads.
