When you're launching a brand-new camper, every detail counts, and sometimes, things don’t go quite according to plan. That’s exactly what happened when Adventurer Campers gave us a call with a big ask and a ticking clock.

The Challenge

Adventurer was preparing to showcase one of their newest truck camper models at an upcoming event. The camper was mounted and ready except for one crucial element: tie downs. Without them, transporting and displaying the camper safely just wasn’t an option.

The problem? There weren’t any existing tie downs that would fit the truck they were using for the demo. To make matters more urgent, the event was just a day or two away. They needed a solution fast.

The Torklift Response

When we got the call, we knew this was more than just a quick sale, it was a call for help.

The Adventurer team was in Canada and didn’t have access to a truck on-site. So, within an hour of the call, we sourced a suitable truck locally, coordinated pickup, and brought it back to our facility. From there, our fabrication and engineering teams got straight to work.

Working under a tight 24–48-hour window, we:

  • Inspected and measured the local truck for precise fitment
  • Designed a custom tie-down solution from the ground up
  • Fabricated the parts in-house the same day
  • Packed and shipped the solution overnight to meet their deadline

It was a true team effort, and we were proud to help Adventurer display their new camper on time, exactly as planned.

The Result: A Successful Showcase

Thanks to fast collaboration, precision craftsmanship, and a “get-it-done” mindset, Adventurer was able to make it to the event with their new camper on full display, secure, stable, and ready to impress.
