I use it to extend my hitch on my 2012 Ram 3500 when I have my Lance 855s camper on the truck. It allows me to tow my Jeep on the trailer behind me. I also have the TorkLift super hitch on the truck which allows me to tow the loaded trailer with peace of mind. The system of superhitch and supertruss work perfectly together and I highly recommend.
