At Torklift Central, we’re more than just a service shop; we're a cornerstone of our Kent community. Our latest encounter with a beloved local, Mr. Thom is a testament to the relationships we cherish and the joy we strive to spread.

Thom B. A veteran and a cherished member of our community, is well-known for riding his bike around Kent, spreading smiles wherever he goes. One fateful day, while on one of his joyful rides, his bike seat broke as he leaned back. He then brought it to Torklift Central, confident that we would be able to help him out.

Without hesitation, we got to work. Our skilled technicians welded his seat back together and reinforced it to ensure it wouldn't break again. When we told him there would be no charge for the repair, his face lit up with a smile that we hadn't seen in a long time. He was so grateful that he even mentioned he'd tell the Mayor that “Torklift Central still has it!”

Mr. Thom was thrilled with the repair and proudly posed for a few photos with his restored bike. He made sure to get his Navy flag in the shot, a symbol of his proud service. He also took the time to show off the impressive array of horns and electronics he had installed on his bike, including a particularly loud horn that caught everyone's attention.

It's moments like these that remind us why we do what we do. At Torklift Central, we're not just fixing bikes; we're fostering connections and making a positive impact on our community. Thank you, Mr. Thom B. for trusting us and for spreading joy throughout Kent. We’re honored to have been able to help you and look forward to seeing you ride around town with that infectious smile.
