Oranges and Almonds! While it may sound like a weird combo, it makes complete sense to us. We’re all a bit “nutty” and we love providing you with a little “Vitamin EcoHitch.” But, all jokes aside – we’d like to take a moment to thank a customer who, all the way from Florida, sent us some oranges and almonds as a thank you for the EcoHitch – because they loved it so much!
Upon receiving the box and opening it – our hearts had initially dropped because when we saw the front of the card with “People Suck” we weren’t quite sure what we were in for. Many companies today have customer service and tech support that can be lacking and while we are always striving to provide excellent customer service, we were still worried there might have been an issue. Perhaps the oranges were laced with pest killer! But, after reading the card we quickly learned it was a thank you for their EcoHitch.
